Motivation letter

Hello,

In December 2022, I completed an AEC (Attestation of College Studies) in Object-Oriented Programming and Web Technologies at Collège de Rosemont. This program gave me a solid foundation in web development, application design and solving technical problems geared toward real-world needs.

Since 2023, I have been working as a Project Manager and Operations Coordinator at Kérozen Média. In this role, I help plan, coordinate and monitor digital projects, while acting as the liaison between technical and creative teams and stakeholders. This experience has given me an excellent understanding of operational issues, timelines and business objectives, while maintaining a structured, results-oriented approach.

I am a curious, independent and solution-oriented person, passionate about technology and motivated by creating simple, effective and sustainable tools. I enjoy continuous learning, optimizing processes and proposing solutions that improve both the user experience and team efficiency.

As part of my training, I also completed an eight-week practical internship in web development, where I worked on real-world projects, strengthening my ability to deliver reliable, well-structured solutions on time.

What particularly motivates me is growing in environments where I can combine my technical and organizational skills, actively contribute to stimulating projects and continue to develop professionally. My hybrid profile — development, management and coordination — allows me to adapt quickly and bring tangible added value to the teams I work with.

With varied interests, I have held many different types of positions. Through it all, there has been one common thread: my passion for computers. I got my first computer in Grade 4, back in the 1980s — a “Coco” made by Tandy.

Since entering the workforce in the 1990s, I have worked in horticulture, sales, customer service, technical support, training, project management, programming, software quality assurance and continuous process improvement. What’s more, organization and coordination are in my blood.

Before owning a women’s kickboxing gym in Sorel-Tracy, I worked in the healthcare sector. I trained healthcare staff and supported all the tools needed to make remote diagnoses (telehealth), both on the IT and audiovisual equipment side (remote-controlled cameras, communication networks, software and telediagnostic tools) and on the logistics side (process improvement, researching and testing potential new tools).

I worked in software quality assurance at K3 Média, a website development company. I reviewed the work of programmers and graphic designers before delivery. I tested features. I trained clients on various software tools, as well as on the content management system developed by the company.

I spent eight years in telecommunications, where I worked in software quality assurance, systems testing (computer, network and device) and project management. I took part in developing dashboards and analyzing performance indicators.

I would be delighted to meet with you to discuss my qualifications and how I could put them to work for the growth of your company.
